EA Sports Apologizes For Irish Anthem Error
Ea Sports has apologized for erroneously exploitation "The Soldier's Birdsong" as the national hymn for Northern Ireland in FIFA 2008.
A report in the Londonderry Sentinel says gamers have been surprised to get word that a triumph by Northern Ireland results in the playing of "The Soldier's Song." As luck would have it, "The Soldier's Song" is the anthem of the Commonwealth of Ireland, which is to say, non Northern Ireland.
